Going to the Chapel
For the couple who has planned everything for their special day and wants I Thee Wed to ensure that plans go as scheduled. Includes:
- Up to 3 hours of consultation prior to the wedding day preferably at your reception venue going over floor plan and every detail of your wedding day
- Creation of a wedding day timeline which gets distributed amongst the wedding party, families, and all vendors
- Confirmation calls to vendors going over arrival times, deliveries, directions, and final payments
- Attendance at tie-down meeting with reception venue
- Up to 2 hours of rehearsal coordination
- Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination
- Assistance with ceremony and reception set up
- Transport any items from the ceremony to the reception as needed
- 1 assistant for the wedding day who oversees the set up of the reception as well as assists throughout the day
- Delivery of final payments and/or tips to vendors on the wedding day
- Loading of your gifts and personal belongings into designated vehicles at the end of the evening
- Return of cake part rentals
