Overnight arrangements made for out of town guests
Wedding Day Timeline
Confirmation calls made to all vendors one week prior to the wedding
Attendance at tie-down meeting with reception venue
On-site coordination at rehearsal, ceremony and reception
Assistance with ceremony and reception set up
Transport any items from the ceremony to the reception as needed
Delivery of final payments and/or tips to vendors on the wedding day
Loading of your gifts and personal belongings into designated vehicles at the end of the evening
Return of cake part rentals
