- Budget allocation
- Assistance with design of wedding
- Etiquette guidelines
- Assistance with vendor selection, contract reviews and appointment setting. We will attend up to 8 vendor meetings with you.
- Assistance with invitation wording and etiquette
- Overnight arrangements made for out of town guests
- Wedding Day Timeline
- Confirmation calls made to all vendors one week prior to the wedding
- Attendance at tie-down meeting with reception venue
- On-site coordination at rehearsal, ceremony and reception
- Assistance with ceremony and reception set up
- Transport any items from the ceremony to the reception as needed
- Delivery of final payments and/or tips to vendors on the wedding day
- Loading of your gifts and personal belongings into designated vehicles at the end of the evening
- Return of cake part rentals
